The AM-circuit of this reveiver was supplied in 2 versions.
First the apparatus was supplied with the AM-unit of model RP25, which employed 1 transistor AF117 for Rf and the If-pcb type 502 containing another 3 germanium-transistors AF117. As shown in the semiconductor list here.
In its last version the RP25a was equipped with If-unit type 503 containing 3 silicon transistors BF194 and in the Rf-stage there was another transistor BF194. See schematic shown here in model page. The schematic leaves out the AM If-unit 503 (dotted line). Perhaps someone has that sub-schematic at hand and could upload it, cause it is nearly unpossible to obtain this from the UK (they say for EU Brexit reasons).
The sample I bought, built around 1971, was made in the AM-stages with these silicone transistors, so in my case I could avoid replacing fatal AF-germanium-types.
