  • Hallicrafters SC-40B is the Candian version of the S-40B. It is a broadcast and shortwave receiver with BFO for CW reception.

    The S-40BS-40BU, and SC-40B were all the same except the "U" model used a Universal power transformer (120/240 volts; 25-60 Hz) for export.
