  • 144 MHz CW/RTTY transmitter.
    Home built in the UK by GM3NZI in 1962.

    HT voltage 600v.
    Max power input to PA 120W.
    PA grid and anode current metered.
    Netting and antenna switching facilities.
    Modified Geloso 4/103 exciter.
    Cathode keying of exciter and driver.
    Eddystone 598 VFO dial.
    In 1965 the transmitter was used to achieve the first 144 MHz RTTY GM-PA contact.
