A Dutch collector has a Mego D4 from 1927 in his collection. This model is equipped with an ebonite front plate. At the back of this plate a text and logo are visible.

We can see the words "Rolite Works", "WARA" and the year "1925". Further a kind of logo with two bells is visible.
There is also a Dutch text visible "WETTIG GEDEPONEERD", which means "Legally registered".
Who knows the origin of what looks like the name of a company, "Rolite Works" ? (The USA company "Rolite Manufacturing" wrote me not to be the manufacturer.)
Who knows the origin of the logo with the two bells ?
