Manufactured for John Burns & Co. Ltd.
National brand radios were manufactured by various manufacturers including Westco Products Ltd, Radio (1936) Ltd, and Sheffield Radio Ltd. The Model B44 appears to have been manufactured by Sheffield Radio Ltd as it uses a similar model code and chassis to known Sheffield branded models.
