• Bemerkung
• The K3-J is part of the second generation of the K3 series of Analog Computers modules. This is the integrator of this product line and uses a unique resetting circuit with an NE-2 neon bulb. The 6AK5 operates as a DC-gated RF oscillator that ionizes the NE-2 with capacitively coupled RF to reset the integrating capacitor. Like other second generation K3 modules, this module uses modular K2-W operational amplifiers. After the success of the K2-W in the K3 modules, the K2-W was later released in 1952 as the world's first commercially available operational amplifier.
