• Remarques

• The Philco model 625 series (1936) is a follow-on to the 620 series (1935) and uses a 6-tube 3-band chassis. The bands covered are BC, 1.75-5.8 MHz, and 5.7-18 MHz.
  
  There are three individual models with different cabinet styles. Model 625B is a simple rectangular tombstone with rounded upper corners. Model 625J is a floor-type console with slightly tapered (trapezoidal) profile. Model 625S is another floor-type console with a tulip pattern in the cutouts for the speaker.
  
  The 37-620 series (1936-37) and 38-620 series (1937-38) are electrically similar to the 620 and 625 series, although both of the latter series use updated tube types.

  Stein mentions this model as a two bands radio.
