The answer is most definately no.

Philips Chronoradio Model 145 only came in 4 colours:

The only model that had the full colour range was the Minstral (Minstrel) Four Model 138:

Model 138 was released in March 1953 and predates Model 145 by some 18 months (November 1954). By that time the colour range of Model 138 had been whittled down to just 6 with black (ebony), white and fawn deleted.

Also, there are some slight, but significant physical and electrical differences between models 138 and 145. Note that the part numbers are different for the 138 and 145 cabinets sharing the same colour.

Finally, lets have a look at the five valve Minstrel Model 139:

Model 139 has a colour range of 7 and is missing black (ebony) and fawn. Note that the cabinet part numbers for Model 139 are the same as for Model 138.

Later production runs of Model 139 also saw the colour range whittled down to just 4 with the deletion of red, white and blue.
