BX indicates that it has been manufactured in the Netherlands or Belgium, but the non existance of a trace up to now indicates that it was made for a small market (at that time) which was not in the former western Europe.

Seems this chassis in electrical condition is very similar to models:
H213A - manufacturer NSF Hilversum Nederland
S195A - manufacturer Siera Belgien
H235A - Aristona
Seems only difference is magic eye.
I will check that and report here.
