RD Junior Corner Horn

The RD Junior Corner Horn was a unique folded exponential horn speaker enclosure. Its design ingeniously utilized a room's corner to extend the horn, and featured diffused treble output. Specifically engineered for select 8" or 10" loudspeakers, this enclosure delivered exceptional audio performance, exceeding expectations for its price range. The horn loading provided impressive bass extension down to approximately 35 Hz, while the diffused treble created a spacious, realistic soundstage ideal for orchestral music reproduction..

History: Introduced in 1953 along with the RD Baby Deluxe MK II amplifier, RD Junior MK II Preamplifier, and the RD Junior Radio Unit.
