  • Engineer E.Binard (S.I.B.) is the original designer of the "Disco-Self" tuning coils in 1920. From 1922 on Mr.Binard worked for S.B.R. and brought his coil design with him.
    There are 6 variants (generations) of these coils in the S.B.R. era. They differ by their appearance, size and the presence of a encapsulation.

    • The 1928 "Aéroselfs" variant is not encapsulated and exists in different induction values with a number code each: 15, 25, 35, 50, 60, 75, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300. These codes correspond to the number of turns on the coil.
