The steel chassis is fitted also with a high and low voltage adjustor and heavy potted and sealed transformers. Single illuminated scale for meters and kilocycles with escutcheon in old bronze color, phonograph pic-up jack. The Silvertone 60 is housed in a "cabinet of the petite Low-Boy type", but when we look at it, we consider it to be a High-Boy. "Selected hardwood, with walnut finish, beautifully highlighted". The speaker grille of the "super magnetic speaker" is backed "with rich gold color grille cloth".
