  • Notes

Although named "amplifier" it is neither simply RF nor AF only.

There is an RF staged followed by an (Audion) Detector and 2 stages AF. There is no tuning feature, but there is a feedback output to form a reaction loop when a Radiolina_N°2 is connected, that way forming a complete receiver.

Explanation of the digits in the type number:

    • "1" = RF amplifier tube
    • "3" = detection tube
    • "4" = LF amplifier tube

Others combinations of digits are possible: see explanation below this page or with an identical model which was commercialised by SBR in Belgium.

With the exception of 44 which is a 2 step audio amplifier the other instruments are different. Although named "amplifier" they can neither simply amplify RF nor AF only. There is an audion detector and several combinations with RF stage and AF stage(s). There is no tuning feature, but there is a feedback output to enable reaction if connected with a Radiolina No.2 (the tuner).
Connected with said Radiolina No.2 (or any other front end tuner) a complete receiver is formed.

Amplificateur Deux Elements (2 tubes):
   34     Detector + 1 stage AF
or  44    2 stage AF (to be combined with Radiolina No.1 where the Detector is already included)

Amplificateur Trois Elements (3 tubes):
  134   1 stage RF + Detector + 1 stage AF
or 344   Detector + 2 stages AF

Amplificateur Quatre Elements (4 tubes):
-  1344  1 stage RF + Detector + 2 stages AF
