  • This superhet radio model Shanghai 上海 131 (late version), built by 上海广播器材厂 Shanghai Broadcast Equipment Factory has the same name as one 4 years earlier, a TRF with the same name Shanghai 上海 131. Don't confuse them.
    This model receives broadcat 520 - 1600 kHz and SW 3.95 - 7.6, 9 - 12. and 14.5 - 19 MHz. It has 6 push buttons. This 7 tube superhet shares the documentation including schematic with model Shanghai 上海 531, a big console model with typical 1950ies looking legs.
