Tuning scale light bulbs type: 3 x 8045 (6,3V, 320mA). The booklet "Siera memento of tubes and models 1932-1946" mentions 3 light bulbs for this radio, where the schematic and Staleman mentions only 2.
Some other properties:
This model is an upgraded type S53A with vibrator convertor incorporated. The price of 3000 BEF is that of S53A (2750 BEF) plus vibrator (250 BEF). This model is comparable with Philips 750U. Until now, no S53U radio has been found. It is possible that the model type is S53AU as written in the Siera memento. |
