  • A battery powered portable seven transistor radio covering MW (200-555 metres), LW (1155-2000 metres), SW (5.7-10.3 MHz) and Bandspread covering the high frequency end of MW (183-211 metres) centred on Radio Luxembourg (208 metres). The same chassis is fitted into the GEC G825 model. Also similar are the GEC G826, GEC G828, and McMichael M126 models which use a different battery, have a tone control and have a larger loudspeaker.
