STC "Rambler" Transistor Portable Model 6190
A lightweigt B/C portable receiver, having six transistors, two germanium diodes, one thermistor, housed in carrying case of stitched hide in tan or grey, gold trim.
Features: Tuning range 530-1620 kC/s (kHz). Inbuilt magnetic rod aerial. Individual slip in dial scales for all States. Class "B" push-pull output to heavy duty 5" speaker. Operates from one Eveready No. 2364 (9V) battery. One CZ9A Thermistor temperature compensator.See also BGE Model B6190.
