  • Notes
  • 80 to 10 meters HAM bands SSB/CW transceiver for fixed and mobile applications. Power output abt. 130 watts PEP. This set use the beam deflection tube 6JH8 as balanced modulator and the magic eye 6FG6 for transmitter tuning control. Transistorised DC power converter built in. The export model has only AC input coices for 208/220/240 volts (no 117 volt!). The 260 has no AF gain control, but uses only a RF gain control for AF level. A common modification was to add a dual potentiometer and installation of an AF gain control. The cord for the high-Z PTT microphone is directly fixed on the back side of the front panel, so another common modifiation was the installation of a PL-68/JK-33 jack connection at this place.
