This is a Telefunken export model with braodcast band plus two short wave bands, one for the special bands like fishery, police etc. the other for the 13 m up to the 41 m band (41,2-140 m and 13,35-42,5 m). The guest Harry Harsch told us (October 2009, EE): "My parents bought the radio around 1952 in Germany before they came to the US. It still works."
