• The TUOXIANG T-T-6621 portable radio features 21 bands and MP3 player. It is sold under several brands, like the JINSERTA JS-5974.

  Brief technical description

  There are at least two PCB assembly versions with slightly different designs: The "T-9926  2020.05.15" and the "T-6621 T=1.0mm  2021.07.30". This analysis covers the later version.

  The receiver uses a BK1198 DSP tuner (U4), a R25/2SC3356 NPN RF BPF Front-End (Q1), a A7/BAV99 protection diodes (D4) on the telescopic antenna, and a XA8871/XPT8871 mono audio power amplifier driving the internal 4 Ohm 3 Watt speaker.

  The media player and radio management is handled by a unknown AH069ACL chip (U2) and a 24C08N flash memory (U1).

  Additional cmponents are used for power supply and contol functions, like a S2UD LDO regulator by MICRONE (U6), a 3A? switching transistor (U5), two A1SHB/Si2301 P-MOSFET (Q2, Q7), three J6/S9014 transistors (Q3, Q4, Q5), and two SS14 power Schottky diodes (D2, D3).
