• The AST-A10 is designed as a stereo power amplifier specifically for use with Yamaha Active Servo Processing speakers such as the Yamaha AST-S1 speakers. It has a high performance power amplifier built in which not only supplies an amplified signal to drive the speakers, it also controls the operation of the speakers directly providing a improvement in driving and damping force over conventional systems. The Active Servo Processing Speakers feature specially tuned enclosures for effective operation even with the smallest amplitude voice coil oscillations offering a linear response extending down to the lower bass frequencies.

  With rotary bass range control, rotary input level control, cartridge holder (for the cartridge which is supplied with the Active Servo Processing speakers), INPUT1 phono sockets for preamplifier, INPUT2 terminals for connection to an integrated amplifier loudspeaker output, INPUT selector switch, terminals for the Active Servo Processing speakers and an unswitched AC outlet (200 watts max.).

  HiFi Leistungsverstärker mit Active Servo Technologie. Der AST-A10 ist als Zweikanal-Leistungsverstärker speziell für Yamaha Active Servo Prozessing-Lautsprecher ausgelegt. Für den Baßbereich und Eingangspegel stehen Regler zur Verfügung, um extrem tiefe Bässe zu unterdrücken und den Eingang an einen Vollverstärker oder Vorverstärker anzupassen. Die Sinusleistung ist im AST-Betrieb nicht meßbar, mit beiliegender eingesetzter Linear-Cartridge stehen 2x70W an 6 Ohm zur Verfügung. Die Dynamikleistung liegt bei ca 2x100W.
