Description

Similar to the Tungsram ECH2 there is also the likelihood, that the system of the UCH4 has also used here, since the operating data of the CCH2 differ only insignificantly from those of the UCH4.

The heater current may be adjusted to 0.2A by means of a bypass resistor, very likely by a PTC resistor, as the cold resistance is only 5 ohms.

The big bulb was probably chosen to achieve the height of the original Philips CCH2, but also perhaps to accommodate the heater bypass resistor.
