Four-terminal optoelectronic coupler containing one incandescent lamp and one photoresistor in a metal tube case; flying leads from both ends; P suffix has printed circuit terminations. Known as Raysistor it was used in a variety of control circuits.
Control lamp: 0-10V ac or dc, 0-17mA
Photoresistor: 1Meg to 340 ohms, 60V max, 50mW
30ms on, 400ms off.
