Four-terminal optoelectronic coupler, forerunner of optocouplers, containing one incandescent lamp and one photoresistor in a 4-pin crystal can case. Also known as Raysistor it was used in a variety of control circuits.
Control lamp: 0-25V ac or dc, 0-17mA
Photoresistor: 150 ohms to 10 megaohms, 200V max, 100mW
10ms on, 300ms off.
