Information von Siegfried Neumann, ex Telefunken-Forschungsinstitut in Ulm: Telefunken baut die DF906 ab 1950 in Berlin und Ulm - bis 1967. In Ulm 56'432 und in Berlin 79'303 Stück. Einsatz für Radios erst viel später. Erwähnung Funkschau 1952, Heft 10 für Gerät Teleport II (Telefunken). Gemäss Funktechnik Nr. 7/1952, Seite 176: Direkt geheizte Röhren für tragbare Sender/Empfänger im Kurz- und Ultrakurzwellengebiet: DF904, DF906, DL907. Die DF906 zeigt als steile HF-Tetrode folgende Daten: S = 1,7 mA/V bei Ia = 3 mA.
