Miniature tube first made in 1938. For use in hearing aids and small portable radios.

Osram data gives If=60mA. Midget 4 pin base. Va<100, Vs<30. Gm=0.7mA/V at the maximum HT values with Ia=2.5mA, Is=0.4mA at -Vg=0.
