Description

Work on this tube started at the G E laboratories in the fall of 1921. The type number was assigned to it in December 1921 and iit was available to the public the following year. This tube was not announced as part of the RCA general tube line. It was used as the final stage amplifier at radio station WGY in their first transmitter.
