Description |
Originally made with the T9 (30 mm diameter glass bulb), this tube was made from early in 1931 with the "S12" bulb (38 mm diameter) and generally branded type 30 only. A year later, the bulb size was changed to "ST12". The weight increased by 2 grams. Most US manufacturers still making the tube adopted the changes as a natural progression.
