Si tratta del modello 12 transistor + IC, scala fino a 108 MHz, primo pulsante a sinistra TONO, 2 gamme (per ulteriori informazioni sulle varie serie, si veda la pag. del TS502 9 transistor).
Per distinguere la TS502-IV/2G dalla TS502-V/2G senza smontare la radio, basta osservare la sequenza dei tasti: TONO-MA-MF nella IV e TONO-MF-MA nella V.
