  • Bemerkung

  • The Capehart model 200 series were introduced for season 1936/37 as suffix "E" and 1937/38 as "F". See here the "Common information for the Capehart model pages for the 1930s and 1940s".
    Series 200E from Capehart Corp is supposed to have two chassis, 7 tubes for the tuner and 5 for the amplifier. Baumbach "Capehart Hardware Chart" lists for series 200E also the two chassis, the changer 16-E, a 12" speaker, BC, SW and LW, no Aladdin remote posible.
    We have no evidence yet for the chassis!

    For series 200F no changer, one 12-tube chassis, 12" speaker but only BC and SW, no Aladdin remote possible. But the Rider schematic shows 4 bands, what can indicate BC and 3 times SW (or LW, BC and 2 x SW!), input for phono pick-up, 3-gang tuning indicator.

    Rider's 7-1 shows a schematic for Capehpart 202 - one chassis 9 tubes, push-pull 2 x 6F6, 3 bands - and for a 203 on 7-3 as W-869 (November 1935) chassis, 5-tube 3-band receiver 2-gang tuning (can have 4 waves with LW) - plus on 7-2 as W-870 5-tube amp 6F6 in push-pull. No other Rider's found.
