Reparaturhilfe:

Bei diesem Gerät ist ein oftmals auftretenden Fehler dass keine Synchronisation bei 33 Upm möglich ist. Neben das Reinigen des 45/33 Upm-Schalters gibt es die Möglichkeit eines scheinbar fehlerhaften IC802 (SM 6415A-4S von NPC) wieder zu beleben. 
Eingangspin 12 (Schalten des 20- oder 27-Teilers auf 27) sollte bei 33 Upm nahezu auf 0 Volt zurückfallen. Falls dies nicht der Fall ist gibt ein Pulldown-Widerstand von 820 Ohm nach Ground Aushilfe. Man kann diesen Widerstand an der Lötseite zwischen Pin 12 und ein Groundpin (z.B. Pin 14) löten. Nach diesen Eingriff funktioniert die Synchronisation auch bei 33 Upm meistens wieder einwandfrei.

Repair hint:

A common error with this device is that synchronization is not possible at 33 rpm. In addition to cleaning the 45/33 rpm switch, there is the possibility of reviving an apparently faulty IC802 (SM 6415A-4S from NPC).

Input pin 12 (switching the 20 or 27 dividers to 27) should drop almost to 0 volts at 33 rpm. If this is not the case, a pull-down resistor of 820 ohms to ground will help. You can solder this resistor on the solder side between pin 12 and a ground pin (e.g., pin 14).

After this intervention, the synchronization usually works perfectly again, even at 33 rpm.
