  • The Lafayette catalog calls this model A-87 Air Cruiser 7 tube AC 3 band Superhet, with a mantel cabinet. As A-88 Air Cruiser it is a console and as A-89 it is available as Air Cruiser chassis only. Wave length is 18 - 50, 75 - 200 m and 200 - 550 m. The models are not listed at Rider's. The A-87, A-88 and A-89 have an "Airplane dial", continuously variable tone control. All can be had for 220 volts for addl. $ 1.75.
