  • The RGN1064 rather than AZ1 suggests perhaps 1936 rather than later, it can't be earlier than 1936 (AL4). It's a similar style chassis to the 1937 Opta 137W Var 2 but that has one less stage and AZ1.
    The Gildemeister GW (wood) is the same cabinet, but is an AC/DC model that has one less stage (180mA series tubes, the WG34 is series version of 4V WE34, same as 4V AF7).
