This chassis was used for the 16757 and 16758 models. It was also offered to radio construction enthusiasts who used it to build their own radio sets.
Bands calibrated as follows:
- Foreign: 5.5 to 17.5 MHz
- Police: 1,700 to 5,500 Kc., Police, Amateurs, Ships and Airplane signals
- Standard Broadcast: 550 to 1,700 Kc. coast to coast standard American, Mexican and Canadian broadcasts.
- Weather: 800 to 2,000 meters Government time and weather reports.
Note that the chassis came complete with tubes, 12 inch speaker, knobs, and escutcheon.
