    5-valve broadcast superhet. This is an early version of the Cygnet model using an EAF41 diode pentode valve - see valve label picture. Other early models are said to use the EAF42 valve. The EAF41 can be replaced by the EAF42; for this purpose, a bridge from g3 to k must be soldered.
