• Wandlerprinzip: Elektrostatisch, System: Kondensator-Mikrofon, Bemerkungen: Entwickelt und gebaut von Georg Neumann & Co., Berlin SO 16. Mikrofon-Kapsel austauschbar. Die Höhe ist etwas verschieden je nach Stellung der Kapsel (Kugelgelenk). Mit der Kapsel Ela MZ 032/2 ("Niere", M7) wurde das gesamte Mikrophon als Ela M 302/2 verkauft. Mit der "Achter"-Kapsel hieß es Ela M 303/1, mit Torpedokopf und "Kugel"-Kapsel Ela M 301/2.
