Erroneous also named 1V (in Codex 1948). However some tubes are labelled 1V. Marconi Canada and Radiotron have issued tubes so marked.
The 1-V tube is often referred to as type 1V on USA tube listings. Tube boxes are very often marked 1V and sometimes the tubes themselves have the 1V marking.
