The EM85 magic eye works well on LW and MW. But on VHF-FM even though the radio picks up the National station (< 14km from Transmitter) and even the "in premises" weak Hospital station (7km)  very well, the magic eye doesn't move on VHF. Another radio on VHF the Eye closes entirely on the National station and fully open on the Hospital station.

Any ideas?

Hier eine Frage zu dem Gerät AEG Bimby Luxus 1461. Ich habe dieses Gerät geschenkt bekommen - ohne UKW-Funktion. Nach Austausch der ECC85 im UKW-Teil spielt dieses auch im UKW-Bereich. Nach einiger Zeit wird (nur) auf UKW der Empfang leiser, etwas verzerrt. Durch eine Knackstörung von außen, z.B. Anschalten einer Leuchtstoffröhre oder eines anderen induktiven Verbrauchers in der Nähe des Radios, spielt das Radio wieder in der alten Lautstärke.
Hat jemand eine Idee, wie dieser Fehler zu beheben ist?
