Hola a todos!

Soy nueva en este mundo de las radios antiguas. No sé si debo presentarme antes de hacer una pregunta. Antes de nada, pido perdón si cometo algún error.

Tengo una radio Blaupunkt Toledo que compré en eBay España hace unos meses. Funcionaba perfectamente, pero un día saltaron los plomos de la casa después de llevar un rato funcionando normalmente. Echaba humo y no ha vuelto a encenderse más.

Creo que se sobrecalentó y el transformador se quemó o algo así, pero no estoy segura. ¿Sabeis si puede ser éste el motivo? Si es así, ¿qué transformador lleva? ¿Dónde puedo conseguirlo? ¿Puede cambiarse facilmente?

Estoy estudiando varios libros de radiotecnia, pero aún mis conocimientos son limitados. Hasta ahora mi experiencia en este campo se reduce a cambios de válvulas y reparaciones mecánicas sencillas.

Hi everybody!

I'm a beginner in this world of antique radios. I do not know if I should introduce myself before asking a question. First of all, I apologize if I make any mistake.

I have a radio Blupunkt Toledo that I bought on eBay-Spain a few months ago. It worked perfectly, but one day jumped fuses my home after the radio was working normally take a while. Radio was fumed and it has not switched over.

I think the transformer overheated and burned or something, but not sure. Do you know if that can be the reason? If so, what kind of transformer? Where I can get it? Can easily changed?

I am studying various books of the radio, but still my knowledge is limited. So far my experience in this field is reduced to change valves and simple mechanical repairs.

Can somebody help me? Thank you.

P.S. Soon I will upload some pictures of my little collection to share with you.
