  Il ponte raddrizzatore principale è costituito da 4 lati formati ognuno da 2 diodi in parallelo. Ai vertici delle due estremità negative è collegato un altro ponte di 4 diodi. Questo particolare collegamento consente di fornire le quattro tensioni positive, +145, +225, +220 e + 250V necessarie al funzionamento dell'apparecchio.
