Hallo Luis, please let us know, what's written on the typeplate, You might be able to identify the set from that information, please try to write the content down or take a narrow picture of it, kind regards Martin |

Hello Martin, this weekend I tried to find more identification about the Siera Radio. In the back side of the typeplate I could find more information about the device. For that I used a magnifying glass and I was able to find this: Type: SA1000U70 220V 45W The tubes are: UY42; UF41; UL41; UBC41 and another one without any kind of identification. In the same typeplate I found a symbol of Siera with "Made in Holland" Best regards, Luis

The dial and chassis look similar to a Philips set I have. Could it be made by Philips under license? After a quick look, here is a photo of my Philips BX135U chassis. Very similar. Attachments
