Filament Vf 6.3 Volts / If 1.25 Ampere / Indirect / Specified voltage AC/DC
Description

This EL36 was developed as a sweep tube for TV sets and is mainly used as such. It has an anode cap on top of the glass bulb.
It has nothing to do with the audio (LF) amplifier output pentode EL36_GB of the same name, which was produced mainly for the British market without an anode cap on top of the glass bulb. The EL36_GB has a different socket circuit and quite different operating data and characteristics.
