Description

UHF power triode, capable of operating a frequencies up to 600 MHz. Oxide-coated unipotential cathode, granting 5 A peak, 230 mA continuous emission. 60W max anode power dissipation.

Two tubes in push-pull used in the transmitter section of the FuG 200 Hoentwiel airborne radar. Plate keyed they generated 30 kW pulses, 2 us wide at 525 to 575 MHz.

Developed in 1940 from its predecessor DS323.

Die Röhre fand Verwendung im Bordstörsender Kettenhund (nach bearbeiter Kettel) der im 140-220 MHZ Bereich arbeitete. Aufgeteilt in 5 Bereiche a 18 MHz. Ausgangsleistung 30-500 Watt.
