Description

8.5 to 9.7GHz reflex klystron, 25mW output through a small coaxial probe from the octal base. Improved design 723A/B, from which it differs for the more extended tuning range. Sometimes available with dual marking 723A/B / 2K25: actually a 2K25 underutilized when replacing the first one.

Made by several manufacturers worldwide, including Heintz-Kaufman, Raytheon, Sperry, WE, Philips and its related plants, as Valvo and Amperex.

Hallo, liebe Sammlerfreunde!

Das Sockelbild zum Reflexklystron 2K25 aus "Taschenbuch zum Röhrencodex, 1948" ist irreführend, wenn nicht falsch.

1.Der Reflektor ist die kathodenfernste Elektrode; somit nicht als kathonennahes Gitter, sondern eher wie eine Anode zu zeichnen.

2.Der Resonator ist kein offener Topf, sondern kann besser als ein Doppelgitter, das an den Enden verbunden ist gezeichnet werden.

3. Die Auskopplung aus der Resonatorkammer auf ein Stück Koaxleitung (Position Pin 4) ist beim 2K25 induktiv, darf daher nicht wie ein halber Kondensator gezeichnet werden.

Richtig ist das Sockelbild aus dem Philips Datenblatt zum 2K25.
